Laude has been in the banking industry for over 26 years. He has held various roles starting in the retail side as a branch manager and most recently as a member of the Executive Management team, overseeing all Lending operations, for a community bank in Gainesville. He has a BBA from the University of Puerto Rico and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. He is excited to be a part of the Barwick team and share its commitment to community banking with the Gainesville market. Laude enjoys to mountain bike on the weekends and spend time with his wife, children and grandson Logan.
