Heather began her banking career in 2001 at SouthTrust. She has worked her way up from Teller to Branch Manager. For Heather, the best part of the industry is the learning never stops. She thrives on working one-on-one with her clients, making it her personal mission to treat every person who walks through the door like family.
With the last name Proffitt, she feels it’s her calling to help her customers find a little extra profit of their own. Heather loves being a part of Barwick Banking Company team because of the shared roots; like her, most of the staff come from working for previous small hometown banks, she is confident that this shared experience allows them to provide a level service you won’t find anywhere else.
When she isn’t at the branch, Heather enjoys quality time with family and friends or hitting the gym with her “gym beauties”.
