Bradlee started his banking career as a residential lender before moving into commercial lending more than 20 years ago when he joined a community bank. Since then, he’s built his approach around one simple idea – his customers are also his friends and neighbors. He enjoys creating long-term, multi-generational relationships built on trust and shared success. Bradlee believes strong community banks are essential, not just for helping communities get by, but for helping them truly grow and thrive. One of the things he values most is standing by his customers through both the good times and the tough ones, knowing that real relationships are strengthened during challenges and last well beyond economic ups and downs. A mentor once told him, “Bad things happen to good people,” and that perspective continues to shape how he supports the people he works with every day. Bradlee has been serving the Levy County community for over 20 years. When he’s not at the bank, you’ll likely find him outdoors, offshore fishing or working as a cattleman on his small farm.
